Sidiki Aminata Diakite is the former president of NGO Thurgood Marshall in Guinea, and Country Director in Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp in Guinea. As a young professional, he has been involved in Preventing Violent Extremism (PVE) for 2 years in his community. He has been engaged in peace building in his home city of Conakry as a community worker, working with different communities, indigenous groups and marginalized areas pushing initiatives through youth led approaches in building social cohesion and advocating for more inclusive societies.

One of such initiatives is the Creative Skills for Peace Project a youth-led project that seeks to develop peace strategy, innovation Hub, entrepreneurial, leadership program and peace building skills of young people in Africa with a history of violence as way to provide them with alternative skills to facilitate their rehabilitation and reintegration into communities.
